Robert E. Slota Jr. is a magna cum laude graduate of the Georgetown University School of Law and has been practicing law for twenty years. He is a long-time member of the Million Dollar Advocate's Forum, and was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and profiled in Philadelphia magazine. Robert was elected and serves as President of the Montgomery County Bar Association for 2007. He is a frequent lecturer and author on topics such as Tort Reform and Medical Malpractice, liability of HMO's for substandard patient care, and Pennsylvania Product Liability Law. Mr. Slota has also been interviewed and featured in the publication City Business on medical malpractice issues. He concentrates his practice in the areas of serious personal injury and wrongful death litigation.

Joshua M. Matthews focuses his practice in the area of medical malpractice as well as other complex liability and death claims. Mr. Matthews' experience also includes car accidents, premises liability, products liability and employment discrimination. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
